Thank you for shopping with JJ Prints & Designs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at jjprintsdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are not in their original condition, damaged by the customer, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
